Medical Courier Logistics, Simplified.
A secure, multi-tenant fleet management and routing platform built for precision delivery, real-time stop tracking, and automated driver dispatching.
One App for All Users
MyCourie bridges the gap between courier services and their customers, offering dedicated experiences tailored to each operational role.
Courier Staff Roles
The back-office and field operations suite for courier logistics. Manage fleets, dispatch routes, and fulfill deliveries.
Service Owner
The tenant administrator. Creates the Courier Service account, manages company contracts, assigns fleet settings, processes customer invoices, and controls staff permissions.
Dispatcher
The coordinator. Oversees the real-time board, builds and optimizes route templates, assigns drivers/vehicles, and dispatches on-demand Will Calls.
Driver
The mobile agent. Clocks in, tracks mileage, views stop queues, uses GPS navigation, and submits photo and signature proof of delivery in the field.
Customer & Client Roles
A secure client portal for businesses to request deliveries, track current stops, and reconcile invoices.
Customer Admin
The client administrator. Linked to the Courier Service, reviews contract rates and invoices, and invites secondary team members via Company Join Codes.
Customer User
The client operations user. Places impromptu Will Call orders, monitors shipment statuses in real-time, and reviews delivery history.
How It Works
Getting started with MyCourie join codes and real-time operations.
Create Account
The owner or account representative of the Courier Service will create a new Courier Service Account and be given the role of Service Owner.
Invite Staff
MyCourie works off Join Codes. The Service Owner can invite their staff via the Staff Join Code. This will add them to your Courier Service Account as a Driver or Dispatcher role.
Invite Customers
The Service Owner can invite their Customers to the MyCourie app via the Customer Join Code. This will link the customer to your Courier Service and set their role to Customer Admin.
Expand Customer Teams
Customer Admins can invite other users via the Customer Company Join Code. This will add a secondary user to help manage your account, giving them the role of Customer User.
Setup Routes
Courier Services will work directly with Customers to setup regular routes and stops with the Dispatcher Tool.
Will Call Dispatch
Customers may place impromptu Will Calls that the Courier Service will receive in real time via their preferred notification methods.
Build your team, manage your routes, dispatch will calls, and more, all in real time, and all with MyCourie
